It is possible that anything goes wrong at the manufacturer, on the way, at the montage or in our warehouse. We try to work together with the best firms, brands and suppliers. But we can never prevent everything goes as we want.
But we try to solve the problem as soon as possible together with you. Deliver us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) clear information, explanation, pictures so we can react fast en deliver you the missing part or exchange the correct article.
As always, we try to prevent this kind of problems.
In Belgium, there is a standard warranty of 2 years on all articles, if not, this will be mentioned at the article. In case you have a problem with any article, you can contact us via email@example.com so we can help you and solve the problem together with you.
Damaged goods can be send to us for repair, the charges of transport will be payed by the customer. You can also deliver us by yourself the damaged goods. Attention, only do this if we ask you to deliver us the product.
When a product can not be repaired, this will be replaced by a article of the same warranty.
Warranty expires when we establish that damage has been caused intentionally or when the article is not in original conditions. Warranty and wear can not be confused.
